The Joint Recruitment Cell of Parliament of India has released an advertisement for the recruitment to the post of Parliament Reporter Grade-II (Group ‘A’ Post) on Direct Recruitment basis in Lok sabha Secretariat. The applicant can send their application through offline mode only. Before applying the application, candidates must read the official notification carefully.

Name of posts: Parliament Reporter Grade-II (Group ‘A’ Post)

Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/-

Education qualification: Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university and shorthand speed of 160 words per minute in English/ Hindi.

Desirable qualification: A certificate in computer course recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) or courses equivalent to ‘O’ Level in terms of syllabus and duration of course as prescribed by DOEACC.

Age limit: Maximum 40 years as on 27.02.2017. Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable for reserved category candidates.

Relaxation in upper age limit of candidates should be as:

  • For SC/ST candidates: 05 years
  • For OBC candidates: 03 years

Selection process: Eligible candidate will be selected on the basis of Stenography Test/ Written Test/ Personal Interview.

Lok Sabha Vacancy 2017 – Offline Application:

Eligible and interested candidate are applied application form to offline mode. The application should attach the self-attested copy of the matriculation or equivalent examination certificates as proof of date of birth. An applicant should submit only one application. Before applying application form, applicants must visit the website www.loksabha.nic.in and read all instructions of the notification.

Candidate sends the application form to The Joint Recruitment Cell, Room No. 521, Parliament House Annexe, New Delhi – 110001. The application can be submitted from the last date on or before 27.02.2017.
